Brett Nodwell
Real estate entrepreneur Brett Nodwell has spent nearly two decades immersed in the sales, financing, and development of real estate across Ontario. After earning his Economics degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, he began his career in the investment planning world—but quickly discovered his true passion: helping people build wealth through real estate.
Today, Brett brings a holistic, vertically integrated approach to every client relationship. As a real estate investor, home builder, mortgage professional, and land developer, he offers clients a complete package—combining expert guidance in sales, financing, investing, development, and construction. His goal: make the entire process seamless for buyers, sellers, and investors who want a smarter, more strategic path forward.
Brett is also deeply committed to giving back to the communities he serves. He has served on the Board of Directors for the St. Joseph’s Health Care Foundation, the Guelph Greens, and both the Board of Directors and Executive Board of the Guelph & District Association of Realtors. His development expertise also contributed to Habitat for Humanity’s Cityview Village project, one of the region’s most impactful community builds.
