Cash Flow on Investment Properties
Written by Raeanne Muir
Cash flow isn’t effortless. It’s not “buy a rental and profit forever.”
Taxes rise. Insurance rises. Repairs happen. Vacancy happens.
Cash flow is income in vs income out, but the “out” changes constantly.
Positive cash flow is great. Breaking even can still be wealth-building.
Negative cash flow isn’t failure, but it should be intentional.
Run honest numbers.
Ask: Does this match my real life?
That’s how you create options.
DM CASHFLOW if you want help running the numbers properly.
