Here’s the problem: waiting has a cost, and it’s usually invisible until it’s expensive.

Not just interest and carrying costs… but:
• missed options as timelines tighten
• lost leverage when decisions become urgent
• delayed lifestyle plans because “later” keeps moving
• mental load from not knowing what’s actually possible
